Parcours

The Parcours is a training program for teachers, which includes:


I. Teacher Profile

  • Teaching as a tutor in Bachelor's units using the APP (Problem-Based Learning) format

II. Self-Evaluation

  • Preparing for teaching
  • Teaching and supervising
  • Evaluating
  • Being a role model
  • Reflective approach

III. Adapted Parcours

  • Obligatory workshops (to be followed in chronological order)
    1. Basics of learning and teaching (common core)
    2. Introduction to APP
    3. Observation phase in the Bachelor's unit, with a colleague
    4. Facilitating student learning in APP
    5. Giving useful and constructive feedback in APP

IV. Validation of Acquired Skills

  • Each workshop gives the right to a participation certificate and to the counting of hours in the faculty database (teaching commission charter)
  • Certain workshops are common to all Parcours, and equivalences are recognized
