Master of International Business (MIntBus)

The Master of International Business is a 15-month, 180-point programme designed to launch your career in international business. This practical, experientially based programme will equip you with the specialized skills and knowledge to unlock global opportunities.

Programme Structure

The MIntBus programme is studied over five quarters, covering core business courses, specialist international business courses, and an industry-focused capstone project. You will also complete a professional development module to enhance your employability and success in the business world.

• Fees:
  • Domestic students: NZ$33,448.01*
  • International students: NZ$76,722.98*
  • Fees are inclusive of 15% GST but do not include the Student Services Fee, course books, travel, and health insurance, or living costs.

Entry Requirements

• All our Business Masters degrees are pre-experience coursework programmes, requiring little or no work experience for entrance.
• A completed bachelor's degree from a recognized university with the equivalent of at least a New Zealand B average in the most advanced courses.
• English requirements:
  • Academic IELTS 6.5, with no band less than 6.0
  • TOEFL (paper-based) 575 (TWE 4.5)
  • TOEFL (internet-based) 90 (written 21)
  • Foundation Certificate in English for Academic Purposes (FCertEAP) B-
  • English Pathway for Postgraduate Studies (EPPS) B-
  • PTE Academic 58, with no PTE communicative skills score below 50

Scholarships

Business Masters scholarships are open to admitted students for our Master of Applied Finance, Master of Business Analytics, Master of International Business, Master of Management, Master of Marketing, and Master of Professional Accounting programmes. Recipients are selected based on academic merit and a written statement covering career goals and motivation.
