About You
To be eligible for the programme, you must:
- Have graduated in the last year or be about to graduate with a bachelor's degree (or higher) from the University of Auckland
- Be of Mori descent
- Be confident taking the initiative and working collaboratively as part of a team
- Be curious to develop work skills, along with personal and cultural development
- Be willing to grow as a Mori staff member of the University
Programme Details
The programme is a 12-month rotational programme, with a permanent position from day one. Graduates will be embedded in a team, where they will gain hands-on experience in a specialist area, supported by experienced colleagues. At the end of the programme, graduates will transition into junior-level roles in an area that aligns with their career goals and department needs.
