Negotiation Essentials: Building Relationships for Success

This course is designed to teach negotiation and persuasion methods. The course will cover:

  • Rapport-building skills to fast-track trust The course is facilitated by Noa Sheer, a negotiation and influence expert. Noa brings her broad and deep research in areas of organisational behaviour, psychology, motivation, and economics to the course.
