The Hospitality program provides students with valuable skills and knowledge for exciting opportunities in the thriving local and global Hospitality industry.
C.A.S. in Hospitality
The Certificate of Applied Science (CAS) in Hospitality is a 30-credit program that combines instruction from culinary, business, and hospitality to prepare students for entry- to mid-level positions required in small to large scale hospitality facilities. Coursework includes traditional and hands-on learning that aligns with Montana's culture and strong tourism industry. Students completing the one-year Certificate in Hospitality may choose to continue their education through a 1+3 pathway to earn a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
