Program Overview


Introduction to the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program

The Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program (WGS) offers a comprehensive educational experience, including a stand-alone MA program and several joint Masters programs. The program provides a strong foundation in discipline-specific studies, combined with an interdisciplinary education in the theories, methods, and scholarship of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.


Program Overview

The WGS program introduces students to current research in various fields, generating cross-disciplinary dialogue and preparing them for positions and professions in women's, gender, and sexuality studies. Students enrolled in PhD programs in five different fields are eligible to undertake the joint MA.
