Program Overview

Programme for Leaders in STIM

The Programme for Leaders in STIM is designed for young individuals between the ages of 14 and 16 to develop technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as acquire the necessary tools to occupy an animation position in STIM workshops or camps.

Overview of the Programme for Leaders in STIM

This three-week programme is an excellent way for young individuals to discover sciences, technologies, engineering, and mathematics (STIM), while also developing professional and leadership skills. Through practical projects and interactive learning experiences, participants will acquire technical knowledge and skills that will serve them in the job market, such as problem-solving abilities.

In addition to providing technical training, the programme focuses on developing essential general skills, including communication, teamwork, and leadership. Participants will learn to collaborate in group activities and lead and support their peers. This combination of technical knowledge and leadership development will give participants the confidence and experience needed to stand out in their future STIM careers or work environments.

By the end of the programme, participants will have a better understanding of STIM concepts and be able to apply them in real-world situations.
