The program offers a unique opportunity to obtain an LL.L. in just one year, entirely online. It provides an immersive experience in the French language, facilitating direct and enriching interaction with the civil law student community at the University of Ottawa.

• Program in English: Offers an LL.L. in one year, entirely online.
• Program in French: Proposed in person in Ottawa, providing an immersive experience in the French language.

Information Sheet

• Diploma: Licence en droit civil (LL.L.) recognized by the École du Barreau du Québec.
• Duration: One year full-time or at your own pace, part-time (10 courses).
• Formula: Online and asynchronous for the English program, synchronous and in-person for the French program.
• Language of Instruction: English or French.
• Cost:
  • Canadians and Canadians from Ontario: $8,268.08 per term (full-time status) + ancillary fees.
  • Canadians and Canadians outside Ontario: $9,571.33 per term (part-time status) + ancillary fees.
  • Additional information: University fees.
  • Tuition fees are approved annually by the University, usually in May or June, and come into effect in September.
• Admission Deadline: Continuous admission.
• Start Date: Fall term.
