Program Overview


B.A. Specialized Geography

The B.A. Specialized Geography program is a 120-credit program that explores various aspects of geography, including environmental management, urban planning, and social dynamics.


Overview

This program allows students to acquire technical skills and experience unforgettable field experiences, particularly in the Canadian North, the Great Lakes basin, or the Appalachians. The program is offered in both French and English, and a cooperative education regime is available. Additionally, a French immersion program is offered in the Anglophone stream.


Program Requirements

The program requirements include:


  • Formation fondamentale:
    • FRA 1710: Analyse, écriture et argumentation I (3 credits)
    • 3 credits from: PHI 1501: Raisonnement et pensée critique or PHI 1701: Philosophie : idées et arguments (3 credits)
