Program Overview


Computer Science (MCS) Co-op Program

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the Computer Science (MCS) Co-op program, students must:


  • Be registered full-time in the Master of Computer Science program and maintain a full-time status during all study terms, including the one after the last work term
  • Have an admission average of B+ (75%) and maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 7.0 (B+ or 75%) in courses taken at the University of Ottawa
  • Start the program in the fall term, as co-op placement cycles necessitate this timing

Admission to the co-op program is limited and based on CGPA, with priority given to students with the highest CGPA.

Co-op Fees
