Program Overview

Introduction to the BASc Civil Engineering Program

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering is a comprehensive program that equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and develop infrastructure, including buildings, bridges, canals, dams, and transportation facilities. Civil engineers play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the physical environment, and this program provides students with a solid foundation in the principles of civil engineering.

Program Overview

The BASc Civil Engineering program is offered in both English and French, with French courses available in the first and second years, and most third and fourth-year courses offered in English only. The program is designed to provide students with a broad range of skills, including computer applications, field and laboratory testing, and project management. Students will have access to world-class teaching laboratories, multimedia classrooms, and outstanding computer facilities.
