Engineering Management Program

Overview

The UMBC Engineering Management program combines a practical business approach with an in-depth technical concentration. Students learn how to lead people and manage complex projects while gaining relevant technical skills. Undergraduate students can pursue an accelerated bachelors/masters degree, and graduate students can pursue either a Master of Professional Studies degree with a wide variety of pathways or a certificate, which can later be applied to a masters degree.
