Structure

The curriculum of this joint Masters Degree is structured into three terms and a compulsory placement. Students complete 75 ECTS credits corresponding to the Masters Degree in Legal Practice and Representation and 57 ECTS credits of the Masters Degree in the Law of Regulated Industries. The total 132 credits of the joint program are broken down as follows:

• First Term: Compulsory subjects (core) of the Masters Degree in Legal Practice and Representation (28 ECTS credits) and the first specialization phase of the Masters Degree in the Law of Regulated Industries (24 ECTS credits).
• Second Term: Compulsory subjects which complete the theoretical training in Legal Practice and Professional Activity of the Masters Degree in Legal Practice and Representation (11 ECTS credits), and the second specialization phase (27 ECTS credits).
• Third Term: Supervised placement aimed at the acquisition of the competences and skills needed to work as a lawyer and preparation of the two master projects.

• Right of Consumers and Users in Regulated Sectors (5 ECTS)
• Protection of Competition (4 ECTS)

Year 1 - Semester 2

LEGAL PRACTICE AND REPRESENTATION

Intensifications

Students must choose one of the intensification blocks: ENERGY, BANKING-FINANCIAL REGULATION, or TRANSPORT-POSTAL SECTOR. Each block includes specific subjects related to the chosen area.

Year 2 - Semester 3

• Internship (30 ECTS)
• Master's Thesis (6 ECTS for each master's degree)

Admission to the Double Master's Degree requires meeting the specific requirements of both the Master in Legal Practice and Representation and the Master in Law of the Regulated Sectors. This includes submitting the necessary documentation and following the step-by-step application process.
