Introduction to the University Program

The Hermann von Helmholtz-Zentrum f¸r Kulturtechnik, a central institute of the Humboldt-Universit‰t zu Berlin, offers a unique program focused on research perspectives on collections.

The program, titled "Hands On. Forschungsperspektiven auf Sammlungen" (Hands On: Research Perspectives on Collections), explores how researchers in various disciplines access, utilize, and make collections and objects usable for their research topics. It delves into the theoretical and methodological approaches employed in this process.

Allianz f¸r Hochschulsammlungen" (Networking Indexing Researching: Alliance for University Collections).

Venue and Schedule

The events take place on Mondays from 18:00 to 20:00 in the lecture hall of the Helmholtz-Zentrum f¸r Kulturtechnik on the Campus Nord of the Humboldt-Universit‰t zu Berlin. Following each event, there will be an opportunity for networking and exchange over refreshments. Participation via Zoom is also possible.
