Humboldt Perspectives Study Abroad Program

The Humboldt Perspectives Study Abroad program involves costs, which are outlined below.

Study Costs

Study costs consist of a one-off program fee and the respective course tuition fee:

  • The administrative program fee is 800 euros, which includes registration fees and is non-refundable.
  • The course tuition fee is 5200 euros, covering participation in 5 courses in total and is a fixed package price, not a per course fee.
    • This includes:
      • Subject courses and German language courses (up to five courses can be chosen)
      • Global skills and research training (several workshops during the study period)
      • Teaching-related excursions and tours
      • Teaching material for the course (analog and digital)
      • Access to PCs and Wifi, the university library, and the university's e-learning platform Moodle

Other Costs

  • Health and liability insurance

  • If fewer than six people register for a course, Humboldt-Universität may cancel the course up to four weeks before the start of the course. Participants will be notified and informed of alternatives.
