Overview
The MaÓtrise en droit, option Droit des affaires dans un contexte de globalisation is a master's program designed for international students who wish to study business law in English. The program offers advanced training in North American law, comparative law, and international law, with a focus on the increasing complexity of law in a globalized world. All courses are taught in English only.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in law from a non-Canadian university or an equivalent degree
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.3
- Provide official English language test results (TOEFL or IELTS) if required by the Faculty
- Submit additional documents, including two letters of recommendation, a curriculum vitae, and a letter of introduction
Tuition Fees
The estimated tuition fees for the program are:
- Quťbec resident: $2,183.05 per trimester (15 credits)
- Canadian non-Quťbec resident: $5,393.20 per trimester (15 credits)
- International student: $11,998.60 per trimester (15 credits)
