Program Overview

The Qualification in Urbanism is a short program designed to complement the training of individuals who already hold a master's degree in the field and are aiming for a professional career in urbanism in Quebec. Specifically, it aims to provide access to the Ordre des urbanistes du QuÈbec for holders of a diploma in urbanism from a different cultural context than Quebec and Canada, and for holders of a diploma in urban studies from a Quebec university.

Admission Requirements

  • Diploma: Master's degree in urbanism or a related field
  • GPA: 3.0/4.3 or equivalent

    • A letter of intent (1,000 words maximum) describing motivations and expectations
    • A curriculum vitae
    • A valid notice from the Ordre des urbanistes du QuÈbec
