Program Overview

The University of Montreal's Kinťsiologie Clinic is launching the fourth edition of the Mon kin program, in partnership with the …cole de Kinťsiologie et des sciences de l'activitť physique (EKSAP). This program is designed exclusively for University of Montreal staff members who wish to improve their physical and mental health in a pleasant and engaging way.


Program Details

The program offers access to physical activity expertise, with group activities held at five different locations on campus. These activities are led by student interns in Kinťsiologie, supervised by an expert kinťsiologue.


Program Structure

The Mon kin program at the winter 2026 session includes:


  • An initial consultation with a physical condition assessment at the Kinťsiologie Clinic of the University of Montreal for new participants registered in group activities.
  • 8 sessions of group physical activity, held outdoors, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, from 12:10 to 13:00, from February 17 to April 22, 2026, at 5 different locations on the University of Montreal campus.
  • A 30% discount on packages and consultations of your choice at the Kinťsiologie Clinic, if you participate in at least 5 out of 8 courses during the session.

Eligibility and Discount

  • This offer is only valid for new registrations and does not apply if you have already participated in this promotion.
  • To benefit from the discount, it is necessary to purchase a package or consultation of your choice between April 6 and June 22, 2026.
