Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the program, students must meet the general admission requirements of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. Required diplomas and admission R scores vary by province and country of origin. For Quebec students, a bachelor's degree with a minimum average of 3.0 out of 4.3 is required. For Canadian students outside of Quebec and international students, specific requirements apply, including language proficiency tests and transcripts.

Program Structure
The Masters degree involves 45 credits, including 36 course credits and 9 credits for the Legal Research, Drafting, and Advocacy Seminar. The program comprises 18 compulsory courses, covering topics such as Western legal systems, common law aspects of commercial transactions, business organization and governance, secured transactions and bankruptcy, intellectual and industrial property, electronic commerce law, securities regulation, international economic relations, and international contract law.
