Study regulations provisions specific to the program
The program is governed by the Regulations for undergraduate studies and the following provisions:
Art. 6.3 Registration regime
Students are enrolled full-time.
Art. 6.4 Registration requirements
Students enroll in a total of 40 credits, distributed according to the trimester's course offerings.
Art. 6.6 Refresher courses
Students may be required to take a French writing course based on their results in a recognized French language test.
Art. 6.10 Schooling
The minimum duration of the program is two quarters, and the maximum duration is two years.
Art. 9.4 Verification of the assessment
Students have the right to verify their evaluation within 10 working days of the posting of the grade file on the Evaluation Office website.
Art. 9.5 Review of the assessment
Students can request a revision of their evaluation within 15 working days of the posting of the grade file on the Evaluation Office website.
Art. 11.2 Average determining progress in the program
The annual average determines the student's progress in the program.
Art. 13.2 Right to recovery
Students with an average between 1.7 and 2.0 are placed on probation and must retake the courses from the previous year.
Art. 13.4 Method of resuming following a course failure
Students who fail a course must retake the course or complete additional work.
Art. 14.1 Promotion system
The program uses a year-by-year promotion system.
Art. 18 Grade, diploma, certificate, attestation
Completion of the program gives access to the doctorate in medicine program but does not lead to a diploma.
