Program Overview

The Doctorate in Music, with a specialization in Orchestra Conducting, is a professional training program that aims to develop the student's autonomy in researching a personal musical approach within a repertoire ranging from Richard Strauss to the present day. This program offers the opportunity to establish connections between theoretical and practical aspects of music and to deepen written and oral skills.

Program Structure

  • The program consists of 90 credits.
  • It is offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
  • The program does not require a thesis or a dissertation but instead focuses on the development of practical skills in orchestra conducting.
