- Description: This course explores how photographs become more than just a pile of disparate images. Students will use their digital cameras to investigate individual photographs and series of photographs, looking at photography in its historical context and introducing core concepts of social work and theories of human behavior in the social environment.

Course Objectives
The course aims to:
- Introduce students to the art of photography and its historical context
- Explore how photographers comment on issues important to them
- Investigate how photographs can tell a story and elicit change

- Culminate in a class exhibition where students present their photographs to the public, demonstrating their understanding of human behavior in the social environment.
