Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Environmental Design (GCED) is a flexible course that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to assess and improve environmental performance in the built environment. This course is available to domestic students only.

• Location: On campus (Parkville)

• Fees: AUD $21,488 (2025 indicative first year fee)
  • Note: Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) are not available

Course Structure

The GCED offers multiple streams across all disciplines in the built environment, allowing you to tailor the course to your specific needs. The Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council and the Green Building Council of Australia support the GCED and its interdisciplinary and comprehensive approach to environmental performance in the built environment.
