Nutritional Sciences Program
The Nutritional Sciences major is designed for students interested in learning about health, nutrition science, and physiology. This program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of biological and physical sciences, as well as research methods, to understand human nutrition.
Program Description
The Nutritional Sciences major prepares graduates for continued study in graduate programs and medical schools. The curriculum includes the study of energy metabolism, proteins, vitamins, minerals, community nutrition, and diet in the prevention and treatment of disease.
