Project Management Methodologies
The Project Management Methodologies course aims to broaden understanding in the academic and practical concepts of project management methodologies. Over a 10-week period, each session will enable students to develop their understanding of different methodologies relevant to participant contexts.
Learning and Teaching
Learning will be provided through academic theory alongside practical exercises, tests, case studies, and group discussion. This will focus on potential employability involving a wide range of transferable skills and knowledge. On successful completion of the module, a student will be able to:
- Select from a range of project management methodologies to prepare, progress, review, and refine a project management plan.
- Apply project management planning and technology to a contextualized application area.
