This study day provides an insight into the world of Forensic Medicine, including the current and future supportive role of Radiological Imaging.
Target Audience
This booking is for members of the IAFR (International Association of Forensic Radiographers) only. The study day is primarily aimed at Diagnostic Radiographers but is open to any healthcare professional who may have an interest in Forensic Medicine and Radiological Imaging.
Course Content
This unique collaborative study day will provide delegates with the opportunity to listen to speakers in the fields of Forensic Medicine, Forensic Photography, Radiological Imaging, as well as Police and Legal Services. Keynote lectures will include:
- The role of radiological imaging in supporting Forensic Medicine
- CT and the virtual autopsy
- The Radiography of non-accidental imaging
- Forensic photography
