Overview
The Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) (MClinDent) program is a three-year, full-time course designed to develop the clinical skills, knowledge, and experience needed to deliver the best care to patients and become a mono-specialist in fixed and removable Prosthodontics.

Admissions Criteria
Entry Requirements
- A primary dental qualification (BDS/DDS or equivalent).
- 2 years' full-time equivalent post-qualification experience.
- Evidence of registration as a dental practitioner.
- Evidence of passing the MJDF/MFDS/FDS qualifications of the Royal College of Surgeons.
- A personal statement describing clinical experience and understanding of the program's requirements.
English Language Requirements
- IELTS with an overall score of 7.0 with 6.5 in all subskills.
- A primary dental qualification taught in a country on the UKVI list of exceptions and no more than 2 years old.
- A pass in a language test for registration with a regulatory authority in a country where the first language is English, no longer than 2 years prior to the start of the program.
- Evidence of 2 years' experience of practicing in a country where the first language is English.

- Foundation to Restorative Dentistry with Emphasis on Prosthodontics (30 credits).
- Foundation to Restorative Dentistry with Emphasis on Periodontics (30 credits).
- Foundation to Restorative Dentistry with Emphasis on Endodontics (30 credits).
- Research methods and data analysis in healthcare (30 credits).
Year Two
- Removable Prosthodontics (30 credits).
- Advanced Operative (30 credits).
- Prosthodontic Clinical Practice (30 credits).
- MCD - Implantology (30 credits).
Year Three
- Dissertation (Pros) (60 credits).
- Advanced Clinical Prosthodontics (30 credits).
- Advanced Clinical Removable Prosthodontics (30 credits).
