Overview

The Artificial Intelligence (MSc) program is a one-year full-time course that explores the techniques and applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and develops practical skills through exposure to real-world problems and datasets.

Admissions Criteria

To be considered for an offer, applicants must meet the entry requirements, which include:

1. A copy of the degree certificate and transcripts showing a 2:1 honours degree in a relevant subject area, such as Computer Science or Computing.
2. A copy of the IELTS certificate with an overall score of 6.5 and 6.0 in all subskills.

Course Structure

The program is a two-stage course taught over one year for a total of 180 credits. The taught stage is 120 credits, followed by a 60-credit research project. All modules in the taught stage are worth 20 credits.

Tuition Fees for 2026 Entry

• Home status: Ł12,200 per year
• Overseas status: Ł33,200 per year, with a deposit of Ł2,500
