Introduction to the Law with Welsh (LLB) Program
The Law with Welsh (LLB) program at Cardiff University is a unique and challenging course that enables students to build the skills required for a career in law or a wide range of professions. Entry Requirements
The program accepts a combination of A-levels and other qualifications, as well as equivalent international qualifications, subject to entry requirements. Typical offers are:
- A-level: AAA-ABB, must include Welsh First Language
- International Baccalaureate: 36-32 overall or 666-665 in 3 HL subjects, must include a Welsh First Language qualification equivalent to grade A at A-level
- Baccalaureate Wales: accepted in lieu of one A-Level, excluding any specified subjects
- GCSE: English language or Welsh language at GCSE grade B/6 or an equivalent

Course Structure
The program is taught full-time over three academic years, with six 20-credit modules per year. The modules include a combination of core and optional modules, with opportunities to develop specialist interests or explore diverse legal topics.
