Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt Program

This immersive 5-day program combines the waste reduction power of data-driven Lean Six Sigma with Industry 4.0 technologies. It equips participants with the tools and techniques for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, unlocking transformative improvements within their organization and its supply chain.

The program covers:

What you'll learn

The program consists of two blocks:


  • Block One: two days of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (YB) training, designed to allow immediate application of learning
  • Block Two: three days of Green Belt (GB) training, with learning customized for each participant by focusing on a real-world project aligned to their organization's needs and priorities

Gaining Accreditation

Yellow Belt and Green Belt training is accredited by the Lean Competency System (LCS) at Level 1a and Level 1c respectively. Becoming LCS certified enables participants to become an LCS Practitioner Member, accessing resources to help practice and teach, set up a digital credential profile, and use the LCS's unique Continuing Professional Development platform.
