Program Overview


Study Programme

The University certificate in Tech Regulation and Management of Intellectual Property Rights is a comprehensive program designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the complex relationships between technology, law, and intellectual property rights.


Description of the Program

The program consists of seminars organized specifically for this certificate, as well as a set of 7 existing courses.


  • Two update days in January (IP and IT)
  • Three dedicated seminars (one day each) between February and June, organized for certificate students only
  • The themes of these seminars will take into account the interests expressed by the participants and will be chosen from the list proposed

Two seminars are dedicated to the dissertation: preparation for the final assessment


  • A four-hour seminar on methodology
  • A seminar at the end of the certificate with the presentation of dissertations

Courses

  • A choice of 8 courses (in Louvain-la-Neuve and Brussels), depending on the student's profile
  • Attendance is free
  • For these courses, the audience is mixed: Bac/Master students and certificate students

Dissertation

The dissertation (TFF) is written from May to September. The program can be spread over two years.
