Study Programme

The Certificat inter-universitťs en expertise judiciaire : spťcialisation en expertise immobiliŤre (EXIB2FC) is a study programme offered by the Universitť catholique de Louvain, Faculty of Law Saint-Louis (Droit-SaintLouis).


Programme Description

The programme is composed of two main sections: "Droit de l'immobilier" and "Pratique de l'expertise immobiliŤre".


Droit de l'immobilier

This section consists of six theoretical modules:


  • BEXIM1001: Property rights (FR, q2, 12h, 1 credit)
  • BEXIM1002: Real estate contracts and responsibilities (FR, q2, 16h, 2 credits)
  • BEXIM1003: Urban planning and land use planning (FR, q2, 6h, 1 credit)
  • BEXIM1004: Real estate taxation (FR, q2, 4h, 1 credit)
  • BEXIM1005: Real estate insurance (FR, q2, 4h, 1 credit)
  • BEXIM1008: Construction law (FR, q2, 10h, 1 credit)

Pratique de l'expertise immobiliŤre

This section consists of three practical modules:


  • BEXIM1006: Practice of expertise and drafting of related documents (FR, q2, 7h, 1 credit)
  • BEXIM1007: Court-appointed trustee (FR, q2, 7h, 1 credit)
  • BEXIM1009: Building pathology (FR, q2, 7h, 1 credit)

Programme Details

The programme is taught in French (FR) and is offered at the Bruxelles Saint-Louis campus.
