The Certificat inter-universitťs en expertise judiciaire : spťcialisation en expertise immobiliŤre (EXIB2FC) is a study programme offered by the Universitť catholique de Louvain, Faculty of Law Saint-Louis (Droit-SaintLouis).

The programme is composed of two main sections: "Droit de l'immobilier" and "Pratique de l'expertise immobiliŤre".
Droit de l'immobilier
This section consists of six theoretical modules:
