The Micro-Certificate of Graduate Study in Health Policy and Law is a 9-credit, 3-course program that gives students the opportunity to explore health-related policymaking. This online program is designed for graduate students, health practitioners, public health professionals, researchers, and environmental professionals. It can be completed as a stand-alone program or as part of a Master's, MD, or PhD program.

The Micro-Certificate of Graduate Study in Health Policy and Law is a 9-credit, 3-course program consisting of 2 required courses and 1 elective course from a relevant elective course list.

  • PH6260 Legal Issues in Healthcare
• Students choose one course from topical electives

Courses and Faculty

Courses are taught by faculty experts from UVM's Larner College of Medicine, the Vermont Department of Health, and experts trained at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
