Overview
Burnout is a painful reality for 35% of all Canadian workers. This workshop, led by neuro-psychologist Julie Hanck, aims to help participants learn how to foster a healthier work environment and prevent burnout. The workshop will cover identifying the causes of burnout, implementing healthier workplace practices, and building a sense of community to reinforce resilience and engagement within teams.

Julie Hanck, PhD, Neurological Science, McGill University, has a passion for the brain and helping overcome mental health challenges. Through her post-graduate studies in Positive Psychology, she has gained unique insight into interventions and principles that can help improve subjective well-being.
