Integrated Project Management Workshop
The Integrated Project Management workshop is designed to empower participants with the tools, methods, and processes necessary to manage projects of virtually any size. This two-day, active-learning experience will have participants working in teams to manage case-study projects, gaining hands-on experience with project management techniques.

Participants will learn how to implement proper tools for project costing, planning, execution control, and closure, as well as budget-status follow-up techniques for project management.

Trainer
Benoit Lamontagne, Eng., C.Adm., MBA, is an electrical engineer and a member of both the Ordre des Ing幯ieurs du Qu嶵ec (OIQ) and the Chartered Administrators of Qu嶵ec (C.Adm.). He has worked in the aerospace industry and has developed strong expertise in project management and management of organizational transformations. As a management consultant, Beno褾 uses his expertise to help clients achieve their professional and organizational goals.
