Editing for Professionals Workshop

The Editing for Professionals workshop is a 3-hour course that empowers participants to make their writing more convincing and professional. The course covers the basic tools of editing, structuring and presenting compelling ideas, and honing editing skills to address often-overlooked errors in business writing.

The registration fee for the workshop is:

• $325 (applicable tax) for regular registration
• $292.50 (applicable tax) for early registration (before February 24)

Students who meet certain criteria are eligible for a 10% discount on their CCE course or workshop tuition fees. The criteria include:

• Previously completing a CCE, undergraduate, or graduate course at Concordia University
• Completing a language proficiency test at CCE
• Completing a CCE Professional Development Seminar/Workshop

The trainer for the Editing for Professionals workshop is Giuseppe Valiante, a professional editor with experience in editing multimedia content for national clients. He has trained journalists around the globe and regularly gives courses and workshops on writing and editing.
