Admission Requirements
As for every master's program at TU Berlin, the continuing education master's degree in Real Estate Management requires a first university degree qualifying for a profession, such as a bachelor's, master's, or equivalent. Additionally, two years of relevant professional experience in an area related to the master's program are required. The program is taught in German, and applicants with non-German certificates of education must provide proof of German at C1 level. Knowledge of English is useful, as some courses are offered in English.
Program Structure
The master's program lasts four semesters and is designed to be completed part-time, parallel to full-time employment. Lectures, seminars, workshops, and practical tutorials are held on Fridays and Saturdays. The fourth semester is dedicated to writing the master's thesis.

Stays Abroad
Students attend the International Real Estate Workshop in New York and have the opportunity to participate in the ASRE workshop in Amsterdam and a voluntary field trip to Zürich.
