MSc Construction Project Management
The MSc Construction Project Management is an RICS and CIOB-accredited online program that builds the skills to manage projects, people, and performance globally.

This program equips students with the technical, managerial, and leadership expertise to manage complex construction projects across sectors and geographies. Designed for professionals, it combines academic rigor with practical relevance, preparing students to deliver high-performing projects that meet client, cost, and sustainability goals.

The program is dual-accredited by both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Programme Structure
The program consists of eight taught courses, with students first taking exams in two courses: Project Management: Theory & Practice and Value & Risk Management. Based on the results, students will continue on the program at MSc or PG Diploma level.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should have a good undergraduate degree (minimum 2:2 honors or equivalent) in a related subject. They must first complete Final Online Assessments in two courses of the program, Project Management: Theory & Practice and Value & Risk Management. Based on the results, students will continue on the program at MSc or PG Diploma level.
Alternative Entry
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is available for students who have completed prior academic study in subjects that align closely to this program.
English Language Requirements
The minimum English language requirement for entry to this program is IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent) with no score lower than 5.5.
