Program Overview


Human Physiology Program

The Human Physiology program is designed to provide students with strong training in the human body and its conditions, preparing them for careers in medicine, allied health professions, and biomedical research.


Declare the Major

To declare the Human Physiology Major, students must meet with a member of the department's advising team. This can be done in one of the following ways:


  • Attend a 15-minute drop-in advising meeting in Tykeson Hall
  • Schedule a 30-minute appointment with a Human Physiology advisor in Tykeson Hall via Navigate
  • Book an "Add HPHY Major" appointment with a Human Physiology advisor located in Esslinger Hall

Drop the Major

Students wishing to drop the Human Physiology major can complete the Drop Major form.
