Program Description

The program focuses on developing your professional knowledge and skills as a digital architect. You will grow in your career and contribute to a safe, reliable digital future for the Netherlands, with information management that is in order and solves social challenges and supports society.

Role and Function of Digital Architect

As a digital architect, you will take the lead in designing safe, reliable, and future-proof information systems. A well-organized information provision is indispensable for the service provision of governments, non-profits, and companies and the risks are great. Data leaks, failing systems, and digital vulnerabilities are always lurking.

You will work as a digital architect on a strategic approach, overseeing the whole, bringing structure to complex information flows, and ensuring that the information management is future-proof and responsive. You will assess the input of the target group, users, and other stakeholders and make this leading in your design.

Leidership, Design, and Technology

The Digital Design & Architecture program leads talented professionals with an interest in information architecture. People who want to prepare public organizations with a social problem for the digital world of tomorrow. The program prepares you to perform your work at a higher and more effective level, from a strong, responsible position.

Activiteiten

There are currently no activities planned. The program is designed to combine the workload with your job and private life. You will work on your technical skills and knowledge, but also on your leadership, communication skills, organization, legislation, ethics, and value-driven design.

The program is offered in collaboration with the Open University and works with expertise from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, TuDelft, and TUEindhoven. The program trains architects who, together with organizations, tackle the major social issues of tomorrow and make the profession future-proof.
