Program Overview
Pre-Master's Programme
The Pre-Master's programme is a transfer programme for students of a Dutch university of applied sciences or an international research university who cannot be admitted directly to the Master's in Business Administration. The goal is to bridge the gap between the current Bachelor's and the future Master's.
What Applies to You?
The programme you need to take depends on your previous or current education.
- University of applied sciences (Dutch HBO)
- As a Bachelor's student from a Dutch university of applied sciences, it is mandatory to follow a Pre-Master's first to prepare for the Master's in Business Administration.
- You will be taught various scientific research skills, and your knowledge in mathematics and statistics will be raised to an academic level.
- Social sciences Bachelor's at a Dutch research university (Dutch WO)
- As a Bachelor's student of a Dutch research university, you first need to find out if you are directly admissible or if you need to follow the Pre-Master's first.
- This may be necessary if you intend to follow a Master's in a slightly different field of study than your current Bachelor's.
- Technical Bachelor's at a Dutch research university (Dutch WO)
- Similar to social sciences, you need to determine if direct admission is possible or if a Pre-Master's is required.
- International education
- As a non-EEA international student, you can only apply for the Master's directly and do not have the option of participating in a Pre-Master's.
