The masterclasses are in-depth and broadening programs that offer extra challenges in a subject of your choice. They provide you with the opportunity to develop yourself over several weeks together with peers.

What to Expect

Program Content

How do you organize a successful festival? In this masterclass, you will discover what it takes. You will work in a team on your own festival, from conceptualizing a target audience and program to creating a budget and promotional materials.

Each meeting focuses on a different aspect of organizing a festival. In the final meeting, you will present your plan to a jury, supported by a self-designed poster.

If you enjoy being creative and practical and like working together, this masterclass is for you.

Requirements

• There are no required subjects for attending this masterclass.

After Completing the Masterclass

• You can distinguish and respond to target groups with a festival concept
• You can create a realistic program and script
• You can make a budget and adjust it if necessary
• You can design suitable promotions for an event
• You can present a festival plan to a client
