- Organisational forms and their impact on risks and risk management
- Organisational culture in relation to risk assessment and control
- Integrated risk approaches for modern, often unknown risks in strongly dynamic environments
- Ethical and integrity aspects and compliance, company codes, and governance
- Certification and integration of management systems
- Competence development and the learning organisation
- Design and implementation of suitable organisational forms for risk management within organisations
- Risk management within complex (cooperative) relationships
Master Risicomanagement
The Masterclass Organiseren van Risicomanagement is a compulsory masterclass within the part-time Master Risicomanagement. You can follow this masterclass as part of this master, but the masterclass can also be easily followed as a separate program.

Certificate
Upon successful completion of the masterclass, you will receive a certificate from the University of Twente. A scan of your own organisation is part of the examination, so you will also have a practically usable end result. The certificate gives the right to exemption for the Master Risicomanagement.
