Program Overview
Lean Introduction Program
The Lean Introduction program is designed to acquaint participants with the philosophy of lean and provide a first-hand experience in applying this thinking to achieve sustainable improvements.
Program Details
- The program is held alternately in English and Dutch.
- After the workshop, participants will be familiar with the lean philosophy and have a basic understanding of how to apply it.
Content
- The program includes a management game to introduce participants to lean principles.
- The program is intended for WP (including PhD's) and OBP who are interested in the basics of the lean method.
Program Schedule
- The program is scheduled for June 16, 2022, from 09:00 to 12:30.
Course Fee
- The training will be paid from central funds, but participants need permission from their head of department.
Participation
- The maximum number of participants is 12.
Trainers
- Josť Franken, program coordinator Lean, will be leading the program.
