Program Overview


Lean Introduction Program

The Lean Introduction program is designed to acquaint participants with the philosophy of lean and provide a first-hand experience in applying this thinking to achieve sustainable improvements.


Program Details

  • The program is held alternately in English and Dutch.
  • After the workshop, participants will be familiar with the lean philosophy and have a basic understanding of how to apply it.

Content

  • The program includes a management game to introduce participants to lean principles.
  • The program is intended for WP (including PhD's) and OBP who are interested in the basics of the lean method.

Program Schedule

  • The program is scheduled for June 16, 2022, from 09:00 to 12:30.

Course Fee

  • The training will be paid from central funds, but participants need permission from their head of department.

Participation

  • The maximum number of participants is 12.

Trainers

  • Josť Franken, program coordinator Lean, will be leading the program.

  • Course materials are available on the UT website Lean.

  • The program will be held at U-Parkhotel, with additional locations including:
