The Supervising PhD's program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to effectively supervise PhD students. The program covers various aspects of supervision, including leadership styles, communication, feedback, and cultural differences.

- Supervising the planning process
- Coaching the writing process
- Dealing with cultural differences
- Discussing the model of Situational Leadership

Schedule
- The program will be offered on the following dates:
- 19 January and 2 February, 09:30-17:00

- The program will be held at the Vrijhof building.
Logistics
- The course fee will be paid for by central funds, and participation is in consultation with the supervisor.
- The maximum number of participants is 12.
