Orientation Week Leaders Program

The Orientation Week Leaders (OWLs) program is a volunteer opportunity for current Griffith students to assist commencing students during Orientation Week.

Program Description

OWLs provide an essential service by answering questions, providing directions, and sharing advice on life at Griffith. They are an important part of the Griffith Mentor Team and play a vital role in ensuring a great start for new students.

Responsibilities

As an OWL, you might:

• manage the information desk
• facilitate speed networking events
• help out on social media
• give advice all over campus

Requirements

Our OWLS are all:

• positive about sharing the Griffith love
• happy to help out wherever they can
• excellent communicators
• ready and available for O-Week
