Master's Program in Consumer Health Care

Concept of the Master's Program

The Master's program in Consumer Health Care focused on health policy, legal, economic, and communicative aspects of healthcare, with a particular emphasis on the consumer and their needs. The program's primary concern was interdisciplinarity and the transmission of knowledge across different fields, allowing for discussions of findings from various perspectives and with different backgrounds.

The program covered pharmaceutical, medical, economic, legal, and communication theory knowledge to better understand the complex relationships and changes in the healthcare system and to evaluate them across sectors. The main topics of the modules were treated from different scientific and practical perspectives, making it possible to clearly identify the lines of argument of various partners in the healthcare system.
