Standard training for health professions basis

###Description The standard training courses are mandatory for all Charitť employees and must be completed once a year. The legally required topics have been structured into a two- or three-year curriculum. Depending on the professional group, the contents are automatically assigned to the VITA learning platform. Participants have one year to complete the courses.

Objective

The objective of this program is to provide participants with orientation and confidence in their daily work as well as in exceptional situations.

Content

The program covers the following topics:

• Alert/disaster protection at the Charitť Internal damage situation
• Occupational safety at the Charitť
• Fire protection - course for nursing and medical staff
• Data protection - basic knowledge for hospital employees
• Hazardous substances and environmental protection - Charitť-specific information/The path of waste
• Hazardous substances and environmental protection - Learning unit basic knowledge of hazardous substances
• Health protection - Charitť-specific unit
• Hygiene - Charitť-specific information
• Hygiene - Basic knowledge course for nursing and medical staff

• Discuss participation with your supervisor
• Plan sufficient learning time
• Find a quiet and undisturbed computer workstation
• Ensure that a speaker or headphones are available
• VITA online courses can be paused and continued at any time
