The Normfortbildung ─rztlicher Dienst Vertiefung is a mandatory training program for all employees of the Charitķ, to be completed annually.

Target Group

The program is offered as a VITA online course, with a duration of 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Description

The Normfortbildungen are compulsory training programs for all Charitķ employees, which must be completed once a year. The legally required topics are structured into a two- or three-year curriculum, depending on the professional group. Participants automatically receive the course content on the VITA learning platform and have one year to complete the courses.

Objective

The program aims to provide participants with orientation and confidence in their daily work, as well as in exceptional situations.

Recommendations for Successful Participation

To successfully complete the online course, participants are advised to:

• Coordinate their participation with their supervisor
• Plan sufficient learning time
• Find a quiet and undisturbed computer workstation
• Ensure that a speaker or headphones are available
• Note that the VITA online courses can be paused and resumed at any time

• Alarm and disaster response at the Charitķ
• Hygiene - learning unit on multi-resistant bacteria in hospitals
• Occupational safety - learning unit for nursing and medical staff in hospitals
• Data protection - learning unit for medical personnel
• Fire protection - course for employees in the healthcare sector
• Hazardous substances and environmental protection - learning unit on waste disposal in healthcare facilities
• Transfusion medicine - Charitķ-specific unit for medical personnel
