The Normfortbildungen are compulsory training programs for all Charitķ employees, which must be completed once a year. The legally required topics are structured into a two- or three-year curriculum, depending on the professional group. Participants automatically receive the course content on the VITA learning platform and have one year to complete the courses.
Objective
The program aims to provide participants with orientation and confidence in their daily work, as well as in exceptional situations.

To successfully complete the online course, participants are advised to:
- Coordinate their participation with their supervisor
- Plan sufficient learning time
- Find a quiet and undisturbed computer workstation
- Ensure that a speaker or headphones are available
- Note that the VITA online courses can be paused and resumed at any time

- Occupational safety - learning unit for nursing and medical staff in hospitals

- Hazardous substances and environmental protection - learning unit on waste disposal in healthcare facilities
- Transfusion medicine - Charitķ-specific unit for medical personnel
