The program "Erfolgreich F¸hren und Managen als Ober‰rztin und Oberarzt - Refresher Kommunikation" is designed for Ober‰rztinnen and Ober‰rzte who have successfully participated in the Grundlagenseminar.

Description

This refresher seminar provides participants with the opportunity to deepen and expand their competencies in conflict resolution and complex communication situations.

Objective

The objective of this course is to refresh and deepen the techniques and behavioral patterns presented in the leadership competencies section, and to develop effective mental techniques for conflict resolution and a more conscious approach to non-verbal communication.

Content

The course content includes:

• Review of previous experiences and reflection of implementation and development goals
• Exercises on complex and challenging leadership situations
• In-depth considerations for the development of personal leadership style and self-leadership
• Reflections on balance and potential conflict areas in one's own sphere of influence
• Collegial consultation
• Planning of further steps
• Mutual coaching for personal development as a leader

Prerequisites

The prerequisite for course participation is successful participation in the Grundlagenseminar and a willingness to reflect on one's own behavior.

Certification

Certification by the ƒrztekammer Berlin will be applied for.

The participation fee is waived for CharitÈ employees.

The external participation fee is 160.00 .
